Survivors List PLUS

Concept: Survivors List PLUS is a computer application that is designed to catalog all the information that will be required by the end user’s spouse or family posthumously, i.e. a "Survivors List". This list is intended to provide the information that the surviving family requires to manage the financial affairs after a death.

Plus, once the user has entered their information, various Analysis reports are produced. They are as follows:

Multiple "user friendly" forms are designed to enter the "Survivors List" information. Defaults are used whenever possible. Numerous "Hints"are provided to help the user understand what information is required and how a specific data entry applies to the various Survivors List PLUS "Financial Analysis" functions. "Quick Edit" options are provided to make the updating of the "Survivors List" quick and easy.

The primary output of Survivors List PLUS is a "Will Companion" document, i.e. a computer printout that the survivor’s will require. PLUS the various "Analysis" summary reports are provided in statement form.

Net Worth Evaluation:
This report uses the values entered into the various forms to produce your Net Worth statement. The Net Worth statement may be viewed via the Browser and then printed to your printer or sent to a file in a .pdf. format...

Survivor Income Analysis:
An analysis of the future income for a selected spouse is provided given that the other spouse is no longer living. Generally Social Security and Retirement payments are adjusted when a spouse dies. For example if the person who passed away was the "Pension Earner", then the living spouse receives a portion of the pension only. Also, Social Security payments are immediately discontinued for the passing spouse. Mortgage Refinancing Analysis:
After entering the currently availale mortgage rates, a statement is produce based on the SLPlus data base values for your currnet mortgage. The Mortgage Refinancing Analysis report may be viewed via the Browser and then printed to your printer or sent to a file in a .pdf. format...

Predisposition Worksheet:
This report is designed for the SLPlus user who does not have a will and has completed the appropriate SLPlus Forms. The computed list is designed to be taken to a Lawyer to have a will drawn up. It shall contain, from your entered Forms data, all the information needed for the Lawyer to produce a Will. It is designed to save you time at the Lawyers office and therefore reduce the billable Lawyer hours. Will Amendment [Codicil] Statement:
This program has form fields designed to "Bequeath" various items to an Heir. However, this Survivors List PLUS application is NOT a "Legal Document". Therefore, to legally "Bequeath" items, there must be a "Codicil" added to your will. This report is designed to produce a list that shall be presented to a Lawyer to have the "Codicil" properly written. It is designed to save you time at the Lawyers office and therefore reduce the billable Lawyer hours. Executors Report:
This report list all the information entered into the SLPlus Forms that shall be required by your Estate Executor. The Executors report may be viewed via the Browser and then printed to your printer or sent to a file in a .pdf. format...

Biographies:
Quite often even your spouse does not know your biography. Therefore, a form is provided to allow you to enter this information that may be of interest to your children and friends. This report produce your 'Bio' is printable form. The Biography report may be viewed via the Browser and then printed to your printer or sent to a file in a .pdf. format...

Obituary Editor:
This SLPlus feature produce a "baseline" obituary report that may be presented to a Funeral Director. If you entered a 'Bio then it is used to automatically produce an Obituary that may then be modified by the Registered User or Spouse. If no 'Bio' is entered, then an Obituary Shell is provided that may tyen be editted by the Registered User or Spouse. The Obituary report may be viewed via the Browser and then printed to your printer or sent to a file in a .pdf. format...

Wallet Collaborator:
After filling out the Survivors List PLUS Forms there is sufficient data to produce a report that contains all the information you would need if your wallet is lost or stolen. With this report, you can quickly call each credit card bank to disable your accounts so that they can not be used by anyone who finds or has stolen your wallet. If your are a SLPlus Server Account owner, this information shall be made available to your from any location in the world that has Internet access.
